Job Summary

As the Clinical Education Operations Apprentice for Iberia, you will support coordinators in the strategic planning and operational execution of clinical training activities. The role requires strong project management skills, cross‑functional leadership, and a customer‑centric mindset to ensure high‑quality education delivery across Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Daily update of the operations tool based on tasks such as scheduling activities for the Zone CED team, involving stakeholders (OTR, Project, Service, Commercial…)
• Drive backlog execution.
• Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions (FVR, Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates and Customer Surveys).
• Drive adoption of education solutions including classrooms, Digital Academy, and remote training sessions.
• Manage online classrooms and facilitate virtual sessions.
