Create deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Develop scenarios for encounter documentation like SOAP notes , H&Ps , and progress notes. Construct transitions of care scenarios including discharge summaries and medication reconciliation. Formulate CDI queries triggered by rule-defined documentation gaps with known correct query framing. Work independently and asynchronously to ensure task quality and throughput.
