Job Description
Our client is seeking a strong, clinically grounded Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the expansion and ongoing development of an inclusion-focused ABA program at our Sylvan Hills center. This is a unique opportunity to support the continued development and refinement of an ABA model, where services are delivered primarily within early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5), with clinic space used as needed to support individualized skill development.
The BCBA will play a critical role in supporting the launch and long-term success of the program through:
- Establishing clinical and operational systems
- Supporting a team of RBTs
- Collaborating closely with teachers and Early Education staff
- Ensuring high-quality, developmentally appropriate programming for young learners
