**Seeking Clinic RN/LPN for Washburn and Turtle Lake Clinics**

The nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care in the clinic under the direction of the medical provider. Assists medical provider in clinical duties, ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge promoting patient wellness. Function according to State Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Policies & Procedures. All the criteria-based duties and standards within this document will be performed according to the policies, procedures, guidelines, Mission and Philosophy of the Turtle Lake Clinic.

1. Shows sufficient and ongoing knowledge of clinical wide safety practices and those that directly relate to his/her responsibilities.
