Position - Clinic RN, LPN or MA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts.

+ Prepares equipment and aids Provider during treatment and examination of patient.

+ Gives injections or treatments, and performs routine laboratory tests under the direction of the Provider

+ Rooms patients in a timely manner with effective patient/Provider

+ Reviews patient medications and documents in chart at every visit.

+ Tracks procedures for results.

+ Initiates patient education as prescribed by Physician including patient and family instruction.
