Responsibilities

• Greet all customers upon arrival with a smile. Well groom and tidy.
• Received all patients directed from the Main Lobby and A&E dept with or without appointment.
• Ensure registration is made accurately (patient demographic, preparation of forms and open a new file). All hospital info is up to date.
• Preserve patient’s right and confidentiality.
