**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** , you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.

Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.

+ Prepares patients for practitioner visits by rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, medical histories, medications, allergies, and presenting concerns while ensuring patient privacy, comfort, mobility assistance, and efficient patient flow for timely care and education.
