Responsibilities
- Patient registration, billing, and appointment coordination
- Medication dispensing and basic clinic procedures
- Daily stock monitoring & top-up (medications & disposables)
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Update daily status, logs, and task checklists
- Flag issues before they become problems
Requirements
- Responsible, observant, and proactive
- Able to follow SOPs consistently
- Comfortable with routine and checklists
- Willing to learn and improve
- Healthcare / clinic experience preferred (training provided)
