Position Overview
Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient care delivery. The ideal candidate will be trained in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED, and possess handsβon experience with Clinic Management Systems such as SGIMed or similar platforms.
Job Responsibilities - Perform front desk duties: Patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection
- Dispensing of medication
- Handle phone calls and patient enquiries
- Assist doctor with simple procedures, dressing, ECG, nebulisation, vaccinations etc.
- Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners such as CHAS, Medisave, TPAs and etc.
- Maintain control of stock and consumables, including replenishment and housekeeping.
