- Register patients efficiently, collect payments, and issue receipts to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately following doctors’ instructions to ensure patient safety
- Communicate with patients to provide updates and follow up on their care as needed
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing medicines and consumables to maintain availability
