We are a growing GP and Aesthetics clinic located at Thomson Plaza . As a combined medical facility, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Clinic Assistant to join our expanding team. This role offers an unique opportunity to work at in a primary care and aesthetic medicine setting
Key Responsibilities - Aesthetic & Clinical Support:
- Prepare treatment rooms for aesthetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables) and health screenings.
- Directly assist the doctor during clinical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
- Explain post-treatment care and maintenance to aesthetic patients.
- Patient Experience & Front-of-House:
- Perform patient registration and manage appointment scheduling.
- Provide an approachable service to all visitors, reflecting our aesthetic brand.
