This role reports to the Deputy Clinic Manager/Clinic Manager/Cluster Clinic Manager of the practice. This is a patient facing role in a fast-growing ambulatory care group. This role involves patient management and physician support. You are expected to function independently and work well within a group of like-minded staff looking to deliver the best possible care to our patients. The Role Ensure that the clinic is in working order prior to start of clinic shift. Ensure that opening balance of petty cash is accurate and working order of POS systems. Top up consumables in Doctor's/treatment room. Register patients and checking of eligibility with government and corporate benefits. Updating TPA benefits in CMS to ease post consult and payment process. Ensure that right medication, right dosing, right quantity and right administrative route is dispensed accurately to the right patient. Assist the clinician in minor procedures/Chaperoning.
