This role reports to the Deputy Clinic Manager/Clinic Manager/Cluster Clinic Manager of the practice. This is a patient facing role in a fast-growing ambulatory care group. This role involves patient management and physician support. You are expected to function independently and work well within a group of like-minded staff looking to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

• Ensure that the clinic is in working order prior to start of clinic shift.
• Ensure that opening balance of petty cash is accurate and working order of POS systems.
• Top up consumables in Doctor's/treatment room.
• Register patients and checking of eligibility with government and corporate benefits.
• Updating TPA benefits in CMS to ease post consult and payment process.
• Ensure that right medication, right dosing, right quantity and right administrative route is dispensed accurately to the right patient.
