Responsibilities - Administrative duties
- Provide frontline services (registration, booking of appointments, cashiering, answer enquiries)
- Dispencing of medicaine
- Answering phone calls
- Attend to walk in customers
- Email correspondence
- Liase with vendors
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements - Minimum O Level
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel
