As a Clinical Receptionist at Specsavers, you’ll be organised, welcoming, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks. Your role will include answering phone calls and general enquiries, triaging patients, and supporting all aspects of audiology administration, such as updating & filing records, and managing appointments. You will also be trained how to assist with minor hearing aid repairs. Your aim will be to deliver a first-class administrative and customer service experience, helping to support the smooth running and ongoing success of the store. Please note that initial training for this role will take place at the Specsavers Epsom store.
