Job Description
Climate Solutions Sales Rep is responsible for driving climate revenue across a regional book of business consisting of top‑ranked general building and specialty contractor accounts. On a day‑to‑day basis, this role manages assigned strategic accounts while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities, including mega, mission-critical and high‑profile projects that may fall outside the existing customer base. The role involves engaging customers at jobsites and offices, delivering value‑driven presentations for heating, cooling, drying, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Identify, pursue, and close new climate control solutions opportunities across the region
• Engage early on projects to review drawings, specs, and jobsite requirements
• Consult with customers to design engineered heating, cooling, drying, and humidity solutions
• Balance time between the branch, the field, and administrative follow‑up throughout the week
