Position Overview
Coordinate, refreshers, and process trainings for medical billing teams
Manage training schedules, attendance, and communication with stakeholders
Maintain accurate records in tracking sheets and generate reports
Ensure 100% completion of mandatory trainings (HIPAA, policies, compliance)
Support content updates in collaboration with SMEs (SOPs, process guides)
Assist in audits by maintaining training documentation
Track training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Coordinate, document, and facilitate all types of assessments, including pre-training and post-training evaluations, surveys, and promotion-related assessments
Collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs and alignment across functions
