What you'll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Client Support Manager within the PayByPhone Client Operations division. This position falls under our PayByPhone line of business based in France or Hatfield (UK).
This is a full-time, 6 months contract, working on a hybrid basis.
Key Accountabilities:
Handling B2B customer requests (City or operator) by email and telephone.
Identify any bottlenecks and correct them.
Provide Level 1 technical support (tariff updates, access, reporting, etc).
Passing on and monitoring the processing of Level 2 requests (requiring additional technical expertise).
Ensure a level of customer satisfaction defined according to objectives.
Helping to improve processes with the Projects team and the Sales Manager.
