We’re looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager who can independently manage client relationships while staying hands-on with day-to-day project execution.
This role involves owning client communication, understanding briefs, managing timelines and approvals, and ensuring smooth delivery across projects. It also requires strong tactical involvement—working on presentations in PowerPoint, managing Excel sheets for trackers, budgets, and reports, maintaining databases, and sharing regular updates for ongoing events and campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the production and execution teams, supporting event delivery and ensuring alignment between clients and on-ground teams, especially during live projects.
