Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Representative to support an international company that provides analytical testing services. This person will act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, routing inquiries, coordinating with internal lab teams, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The position is fully onβsite in Tustin, working from 9:30 am β 6 pm. Key responsibilities include:
βΒ· Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and information requests.
βΒ· Manage client coordination across internal teams, including Quality, Registration, Sales, and multiple sister labs.
βΒ· Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
βΒ· Triage, assign, and route incoming tickets through Freshdesk (email ticketing system).
βΒ· Collaborate with labs and sales teams to ensure accurate routing for specialized testing requests (e.g., Vitamin D testing).
