We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight.

Schedule and Compensation

+ 3rd Shift : 6p-4a

+ Rotating schedule: M/Tu/W/Sat and Sun/W/Th/F

+ Starting pay: $17-$18/hour (higher rates may be available based on experience)

+ Overnight shift differential: +$2/hour for hours worked between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM

+ Weekend shift differential: +$2/hour

+ Differentials do not stack

Qualifications

+ Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
