This role is a high-impact, execution-focused Client Services Officer (CSO) position—responsible for handling the operational side of advice delivery, ensuring client data, systems, and workflows are accurate and up to date.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage client data and workflows within My Prosperity (core platform)
- Support advisors by handling fact-finding, data collection, and client records
- Maintain and update CRM systems including:
- Advisor Logic (current)
- Transition support to FIN 365 (upcoming)
- Process and manage client information across:
- Investment platforms (Netwealth, BetaShares, Vanguard)
- Insurance providers (AIA, Zurich)
