About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager (CSM) to join a respected and reputable financial planning firm with over 40 years in the industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong CSM experience who enjoys being hands-on while also leading a small client services team and overseeing workflow, service delivery, and team development.
You will manage a small team, while remaining actively involved in client service, administration, and support of Financial Advisers.
You will also act as the key escalation point for the team, ensure workflows are effectively managed, and provide ongoing training and development to maintain high performance and consistency across the client services function.

Oversee workflow allocation, prioritisation, and overall team efficiency
Act as escalation point for CSO queries and complex client issues
