What the day will look like
Premium support duties (FAC)
+ Meet all role SLA's in relation to Premium e.g. Contract finalisation, revenue scheduling, required premium document transmission
+ Verify contract terms and accounting structure in GRiDS, as entered by the Sales team against FAC contract
+ Ensure all necessary information is included for renewal, collating erroneous / missing FAC information in ACM; notify the team leader to enable targeted training ...
