Job Description
As a Client Services Executive, you'll help grow our TenderLink subscription base through new sales. Reporting to Australasian Sales & Services Manager, you'll identify prospects, engage with them by phone and email, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships.
Work that matters - What you'll do
Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g., IT, Telecommunications and Construction).Make outbound calls daily, send proposals, and follow up with prospects.Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success.Respond to inbound queries promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.Record all communications for future reference.Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products.Qualifications
