As a member of the Client Services team, a Client Service Engineer will be responsible for company’s employee-facing technical services. You will work closely with the business and other IT teams to troubleshoot issues, increase efficiency, and improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for all end user technology services via ServiceNow and Slack.
Research, install/implement, and upgrade internal systems and Saas platforms.
Support conference room systems, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment.
