What Youβll Do
- Be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism.
- Explain benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery.
