Position Overview
**JOB SUMMARY**
To function as the primary contact of customers/ dealers through close coordination with relevant Neovia departments and other entities in order to ensure desired results are delivered
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Maintains constant communication with dealers, Neovia departments, and client in order to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed service level agreements
+ Handles customer emails by responding within the agreed allotted time
+ Manage calls by aiming first – call resolution, otherwise, issues raised are resolved within the agreed specific period
+ Utilizes different systems through data entry and relevant information download to ensure updated and accurate data source for client, dealers, and Neovia users.
+ Ensures smooth handling of different types of customer orders by processing them from order drop until order delivery confirmation
+ Generates reports as required by client or management
