Position Overview
Client Service Director- Global Transaction Banking Operations Purpose Leads and oversees Client Support Helpdesk within Global Transaction Banking in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Responsible for building and leading a team of Client Service Professionals and day-to-day operational management of Global Business Payments, Cash Management and Digital Banking products and services.
Has the knowledge of leading call center operations, including understanding of workforce management, staffing, QA and other call center requirements.
