We are looking for a proactive and analytical Client Service Analyst to support delivery of healthcare data, insights and client engagement activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring high quality data reporting, responding to client queries, supporting analysis and contributing to strong long term client relationships. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
Responsibilities:
Client Management
Act as day to day contact for all clients
Responsible for drafting and sending out all client deliverables communications (e.g. NSA update, ad-hoc reports, CS update, flash report etc) in a timely manner
Maintain all clientsβ subscriptions and data platform accesses
Respond and support in client queries, maintain logs and ensure follow through. Monitor and update CSM regularly
