Job Description This is a client-facing service delivery role to offer technology advisory and management services. Our Client Service Advisor works closely with stakeholders to support our clientsβ digitalisation journey to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities - Offer cost-effective and practical advice and on digitalisation roadmap, AI automation, IT budgeting and IT governance.
- Be the first point of contact for our clients in IT service management framework.
- Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT managed services.
- Strengthen client relationships to ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to provide complete end-to-end IT managed services
