Job Description
- Provide direct, client-facing support for day-to-day account servicing needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure accurate handling of account setup, updates, and maintenance, coordinating documentation and system inputs to maintain service integrity
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, offering resolution and follow-through
- Engage proactively with clients to support membership retention and renewals, reinforcing healthcare service value
- Lead client onboarding and benefit orientation, including installation and clear explanation of service expectations
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (underwriting, claims, finance, provider networks) for seamless client experience
