Your role

• Serving as the point of entry for all operational requests from bankers or clients.


• Leading the end-to-end account-opening process, taking the local regulatory specificities that determine documentation requirements into consideration.


• Ensuring a strict follow-up of documentation (including pendings, middle office and R&C lists) by contacting clients, in coordination with the banker in charge of the relationship.


• Managing documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms).
