Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the website’s functions and ensure smooth usage.
- Assist clients in understanding how to implement and use website features.
- Provide clear instructions and technical guidance through calls, emails, or manuals.
- Manage proactive communication with clients throughout the issue resolution process.
- Share root‑cause findings and action plans via email.
- Ensure a positive client experience by delivering prompt and helpful service.
- Monitor, manage, and resolve client complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, Project Management, Sales) to address issues.
- Escalate complex problems and collaborate to ensure accurate resolutions.
- Collect, analyze, and document client feedback.
- Identify recurring problems and contribute insights for service or system improvements.
