Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all walk-ins and channel partners, ensuring a professional welcome
- Manage walk-in registration, data entry, and allocation through CRM systems
- Ensure seamless coordination between customers and sales teams for site visits
- Deliver a premium front-end customer experience including seating, assistance, and coordination
- Maintain accuracy in MIS, reporting, and customer data management
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales gallery including facilities, cleanliness, and readiness
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and internal teams for daily operations
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate as required
