Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator - Hospitality will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and project execution teams by managing and tracking all ongoing hospitality projects across India. This role involves close coordination with internal teams such as logistics, product management, and sales, as well as maintaining comprehensive records and generating reports to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management:
  • Track the complete lifecycle of Purchase Orders, from issuance to final delivery
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely PO punching and dispatch
  • Maintain a centralized PO database with real-time updates
  • Logistics & Delivery Coordination
  • Liaise with logistics partners and internal dispatch teams to monitor the movement of goods
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of lighting materials to project sites
