Client Planning Advisor with Spanish (Warsaw)
Purpose and responsibilities of the role
This is a fast-paced role with a wide variety of responsibilities, and some of the activities include:
Communicating to internal and external customers (telephone/ emails). Building relationships. You will need to build relationships with clients and with colleagues (e.g., Sales, delivery team, etc.) to be truly successful.Supporting business strategy. You will be asked to support our organization’s strategic plan, and to achieve and exceed the KPIs and objectives through robust processes, Common Operating Model and team work.Complete daily workflow driven activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time.Deal with incoming enquiries.
