About The Role

As a Client Operations Specialist Sr, you will respond to incoming client calls and emails. We will count on you to communicate with other Insight departments on client issues and assist in resolution where applicable.

• Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements.
• Prepare and submit client sales quotes.
• Enter client sales orders accurately into the appropriate order entry system.
• Research technical information on product requests and ensure access to procurement.
