Position Overview
About The Role The Client Operations Analyst will report to the Global Product Operations Team Lead at Kaiko and will have the following missions & responsibilities:
- Technical Account Management: build and maintain relationships with existing clients by collaborating with external teams to facilitate client initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Support: engage with clients and internal stakeholders to promote effective implementation and usage of products. Collect feedback from clients, partners, and sales directors, and relay it to internal product managers to facilitate continuous product and service improvements.
- DevOps: build and deliver custom client-specific solutions beyond standardized product offerings to directly address client useβcases.
