Minimum Requirements Experience: Up to 2 years Management experience essential; Advanced IR experience essential; TES experience preferred; Qualification: Grade 12 National Diploma/Degree in HR, Labour Relations and/or Business Management NQF 6/7 advantageous; Additional Requirements: petrochemical production, manufacturing industry road freight, operations manager / warehouse manager 3-5 years experience in production, manufacturing knowledge of bargaining, road freight (advantageous); Must have interacted with unions; Be able to manage a portfolio of clients, manage disciplinaries, manage budget, be able to speak through financials; Responsibilities Ensure shifts are fully staffed as per client contract requirements; Ensure that protective equipment and related documentation is issued; Report injuries on duty; Brief all assignees with regards to client opera...
