Our client, a leading immigration law firm, is looking to hire a Client Experience Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle client calls regarding cases in mid-to-advanced stages, providing specific answers about case status.
- Address queries ranging from general case updates, requests for pending documents, to questions about upcoming payments.
- Ensure the client feels confident and satisfied with their decision to trust their services.
