Responsibilities Overview The Data Management Officer is a key member in the Client Account Modification department.
Responsible for data maintenance in T24, CRM, Filler, eBanking, etc for client portfolios and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships), as well as handling of ad‑hoc client output requests.
Description - Establish and build strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders across the Bank regarding the services and support they require, and challenges faced.
- Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting.
- Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
