Position Overview
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (internships and placements considered for exceptional candidates)
,- Exposure to B2B SaaS environments, implementation, or technical support preferred
,- Proven ability to manage your own workload and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
