Manage end‑to‑end client account opening and ongoing maintenance, acting as the first point of contact to deliver a high‑quality customer experience. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Central Depository, Client Service Managers, Operations and GSC) to ensure accurate client data setup and updates.
