Job PurposeManage end‑to‑end client account opening and ongoing maintenance, acting as the first point of contact to deliver a high‑quality customer experience. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Central Depository, Client Service Managers, Operations and GSC) to ensure accurate client data setup and updates. Own billing administration by maintaining client tariffs, ensuring timely and accurate monthly invoicing in line with agreed terms and responding to client queries on tariffs and invoices with a consistently high level of service.
