Element has an opportunity for a **Client Coordinator** to join our team in Portland. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

**Site Status:** 100% On-Site

**Pay Range:** $25-$33/hr DOE

**Responsibilities**

+ Support the operation of the business by management of new and existing clients
+ Answer client calls and emails
+ Login samples and ensure accurate chain of custody information is entered into LIMS
+ Work with subcontract laboratories to ensure accurate sample data
+ Track and order laboratory supplies
+ Support Accounts Payable/Receivable Teams and attend monthly meetings
+ Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
