**Client Care, Team Lead**

**Location: Calgary, AB**

**Employment Type: Contract - 6 months (possibility for extension)**

**The** **Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre,** is currently recruiting for a full-time **Team Lead** for the Client Care team.

The **Client Care Supervisor** will also work closely with the hospitals leadership team to promote a positive hospital image and continuously work towards betterment of the hospital. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently on your own and with the team. Additional duties and responsibilities include;

+ Training and orientation for new team members,
+ Creating an equitable schedule for the team
