RARE Property Advisory is looking for a smart, presentable, and sharp Client Advisory & Growth Associate to work closely with the founder on premium real estate advisory, client handling, property shortlisting, presentations, site visits, and growth support.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn the luxury real estate advisory space closely and work directly with HNI/NRI clients, developers, property owners, and partners.

Role will include:

• Supporting client conversations and advisory work

• Preparing property shortlists and client notes

• Creating presentations and property briefs

• Coordinating site visits and follow-ups

• Speaking with builders, owners, brokers, and partners

• Supporting market research and growth activities

• Working directly with the founder on day-to-day execution
