Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell memberships to prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
