This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hard working Accounts Assistant to join a small friendly team and progress their career. Hybrid working is also offered. The role requires a self-motivated, driven professional with the skills to manage multiple tasks whilst working meticulously to strict deadlines to assist with the period end reporting, liaising with landlords and tenants. 

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure the timely and precise preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, annual statutory accounts, and compliance with tax obligations.

Assisting with raising lease charges and reconciling them to rent/service charge demands received

Producing funding requests for clients
