Position Overview

Job Duties and responsibilities: Prepare quotations, invoices, debit/credit notes, payment follow-ups, and account-related documents. Monitor client accounts, outstanding payments, and billing status. Coordinate with the finance department on invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation. Prepare monthly reports, timesheets, and supporting documents for billing purposes. Follow up with clients on overdue payments and account matters professionally. Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, HR, logistics, procurement, and project teams. Attend to client inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
